Si3 Joins 100 Crore Club

Singam 3 aka Si3 continues its dream run at the box-office. The Suriya-starrer has received overwhelming response fans. As per the latest box-office reports, Si3 crossed its gross Rs 100-crore mark and another entry of Suriya in hundred crore club.
 
 
Singam 3 had terrific response on its opening day and is said to have collected more than Rs 20 crore. The film saw 90 per cent occupancy on Saturday and is said to have collected Rs 15 crore. Si3 had a record breaking opening weekend and netted Rs 25 crore in Tamil Nadu alone. Singam 3 is the successful franchise created by Hari. The first film in the series came out in 2010 and became a blockbuster. The second part also collected more than Rs 100 crore at the box office despite opening to mixed reviews in 2013. And following the series success the team planning Singam 4 on cards.

Sangamithra first look revealed

Sangamithra was launched at Cannes Film Festival 2017. Actors Jayam Ravi, Arya and Shruti Haasan have been roped in to play the titular characters Sangamithra, which is being produced by Sri Thenandal Films. The makers of the film have launched the first look posters of Sangamithra featuring Shruti Haasan and Arya.

Baahubali 2 becomes first Indian film to gross Rs 1000 crore at the box office

Baahubali: The Conclusion released in five languages - Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi, across 8,000 screens in India. The film has made over Rs. 800 crore in India and more than 200 crore in the international markets, tweeted Mr Bala. Baahubali: The Conclusion not only received a bumper opening of over Rs. 100 crore (all versions put together), the film also made over Rs. 300 crore in its first weekend.
